Broadband Nutrition Labels
Broadband Nutrition Labels are designed to give customers clear, straightforward insight into internet speeds and pricing.
Introduced by the Federal Communications Commission, these labels became required in 2024 to improve transparency across the industry. Similar to a food nutrition label, they present key details in a simple, easy-to-read format so consumers can compare options and make confident decisions.
Each label outlines important information such as upload and download speeds, data caps, latency, monthly costs, promotions, discounts, and any additional fees. They also shine a light on so-called “junk fees” — unexpected or hidden charges that can quietly increase the total cost of service.
At KnightCom, we welcome this added level of transparency. Clear, honest communication has always been central to how we operate. We don’t rely on confusing bundles, long-term contracts, or surprise charges. These labels simply reinforce what our customers already experience — straightforward pricing, reliable performance, and no hidden costs.
